DuHope wanted a new way for wholesellers to display their jewelry in boutique stores.
Rwandan women who have left survival sex work learn how to read, write, and become artistans through the DuHope program so they can provide for their families with dignity. But jewelry hanging from generic wooden stands didn't connect customers with the heart behind these products. The organization needed a display or signage to share the story behind the jewelry.
We researched design solutions and display options to reinforce the DuHope brand.
The display needed to support the jewerly, be affordable to print in small quanities, easy to ship to wholesellers, and flexible enough for storeowners to easily integrate the display into their space. We designed a dyanamic box display that showcased the jewelry and the women who made it.
The final display showcases the jewelry and the women who made it.
This box transforms into a display where storeowners display the DuHope jewelry. It's shipped inside a larger box so the display box isn't damaged in transit, which also creates an unboxing expereince for store owners.
